2025 Registrations are Open

28 Jan by Tony Gardner

Registrations for 2025 are open. despite a small increase in Football Victoria fees we are keeping our fees the same as 2024.
To play Round 1 – Cut-off date for payment/registrations: 9th of April.
If you have more than one family member playing, then each member (including yourself) gets the family rate/product.
We will not be using FVs part payment system this year.
You can pay in instalments direct to the club between now and April 9 if that helps.

Please use the link https://www.playfootball.com.au
The link is available on the front page of team app.

Select “Re-registering to play this season” even if you are new.
Search for our club by typing “Korumburra”, click into the search result.
You will need to login to your account or create a new one if you are new to the club.

Once logged in, you will see all the Korumburra City SC products listed. Select your appropriate one (Miniroos, Juniors, Seniors or Coach/Volunteer). (Single or Family rate)

Follow the steps until you submit registration. Please note the 2 payment types:
1. All fees Upfront means you pay online full fees directly. 2. Subsidised payment means you pay the club offline via cash or bank transfer (contact Khalil directly for bank details or cash payments).
Players born in 2014-2020 should pay/register as a MiniRoo (ages 5-11 in 2025) even if they are playing in a Junior (U12) team.
Players born in 2007-2013 should pay/register as a Junior (ages 12-18 in 2025) even if they are playing in a Senior team.
Players born 2006 and earlier must register as a Senior (ages 19+ in 2025).

For any questions or concerns please reach out to Khalil via messenger or mobile: 0414903072.Thanks,
Khalil" Registrations Officer"

Extra tips and tricks:
1. Make sure to click into all the policies at the start, this will open up a few pdf files that you can choose to read or close. Then you can continue.
2. If you find the “save participant” button greyed out even though you have entered all the information on that page (usually the emergency contact page), go back and make sure “place of birth” plus all other options are filled in before proceeding. This happens with participants that are able to find their records as it populates everything but forgets the “place of birth”.
3. The registration system seems to work much better on mobile phones this year, but Id always recommend using a computer if possible.
Cheers,
