We want coaches men and women, but this message is especially for women who are thinking about coaching. Over the last few years we have built our girls and women’s teams and we are a strong club for female representation. but we want more women coaching. it is such a greta experience and brings useful skills for leadership and life.

HERprogram.
Currently, only 14% of registered coaches in Victoria are female. Coac
HER aims to change this by building a connected community of female coaches and supporting them at every stage of their journey, whether they are just starting out or already experienced.

Funding opportunities for select coaching courses Female-only coach education environments Mentorship from experienced coaches to guide and inspire their development Workshops and CPD events to learn, build confidence, and professional networks
