Despite being just 10 years old and one of the youngest players on the field, Wednesday is one of the most confident players in the team. Her willingness to learn, back herself, and put into practice what she works on at training makes her an absolute joy to coach 👏⚽
This is only Wednesday’s second season playing soccer — and her second season with Korumburra City — but she continues to improve every week and shows a real passion for the game 💙❤️
Wednesday was inspired to start playing soccer following in the footsteps of both her mum and her grandad (“Little Poppy”), who both played State League soccer ⚽✨
We’re so proud to have Wednesday as part of our football family and can’t wait to watch her continue to grow and shine on the pitch 🔥
