As Female Football Week comes to a close and National Volunteer Week begins, it feels only fitting that our final spotlight shines on our incredible secretary, Tegan 🙌

Tegan first joined Korumburra City Soccer Club when her children started playing, and since then she has become one of the most important people behind the scenes at our club ❤️🤍💙

A lot of what Tegan does often goes unseen, but our club simply would not function without her dedication, organisation and hard work.

When she’s not busy managing the endless administration that comes with keeping a club running smoothly, Tegan can be found tackling the never-ending jobs needed to prepare our grounds for home games — from cleaning the canteen from top to bottom, hanging nets, helping set up pitches and so much more ⚽👏

And when she finally gets a moment to slow down, you’ll usually find her cheering on her children from the sidelines 💙

Tegan embodies what community sport is all about — selfless volunteers giving their time to create opportunities for others.
